My background
I’m a product-minded design leader who thrives on solving complex problems through clear thinking, close collaboration, and strategic systems. I care deeply about aligning user needs with business goals, and I bring structure and energy to teams looking to move fast without losing focus.
Most recently, I’ve been consulting as a Senior UX Designer at Bessemer Trust, where I led efforts to modernize their client-facing financial platform. I built and scaled a design system, partnered with engineering to reduce inefficiencies in our handoff process, and helped align cross-functional teams around shared standards — all in service of faster execution and better user outcomes.
Before that, I was a senior UX educator at BrainStation, mentoring over 230 students as they transitioned into design careers. That experience shaped my leadership style — direct, supportive, and focused on growth. I care about creating environments where people feel empowered to do great work and grow in the process.
I’m looking for a role where I can contribute to product strategy, lead with clarity, and help teams work smarter together — solving meaningful problems with care and intention.

I worked with product, design, and engineering to modernize a client-facing financial dashboard. I led the creation of a scaleble design system and designed core product features, including account overviews, document workflows, and donation tools. This work balanced systems thinking with hands-on product design to support faster execution and a more intuitive user experience.
